Would you like to check the current status of your shipment? PSI and TM4Web allows our customers instant access to delivery information. Simply log onto the system and view all your current shipping activity. The status of every shipment moving within the PSI system is updated throughout the day in order to provide you with reliable and up-to- date information. As an added feature you can also access proof of delivery documents and, if needed, print them for your own use. As soon as POD's arrive at PSI headquarters, they are scanned into the system and an icon appears at the bottom of each shipment's Summary Information page. Click on that icon for access to your proof of delivery document.
An upcoming enhancement of TM4Web will allow you to enter your own shipment information directly into the system. Important details like required pickup or delivery information, temperature requirements and even requests for specific equipment can be included. This feature will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A phone call or email message from PSI operations personnel will confirm receipt of your booking and pickup will be scheduled.
